Awadh Ojha sir married Manjira Ojha on 1 May 2007 in Uttar Pradesh and they have three children, Pihu, Bulbul and Gungun.

In 2005, when Ojha Sir was studying for UPSC in an offline coaching institute, he was not famous, but after uploading his UPSC videos on YouTube in 2015, he has become extremely popular among Indian students.

Ojha Sir completed his primary, secondary and higher education at Fatima School in Gonda district. Completed graduation from the same city. After that, he prepared for UPSC for about 12 years, but he could never clear the UPSC exam perfectly, so he stopped preparing and started teaching UPSC students from 2015.
